Santiam Brewing was created with the inspiration of the British community public house, or “pub” where friends and acquaintances congregate and share their community spirit over a proper pint of real ale, house made cider or a wee dram of Scotch, while enjoying classic British pub food. Our British inspired menu features house-made fish ‘n’ chips, savory pies, scotch eggs, bangers and mash, shepherd’s pie and more along with classic All American pub fare accompanied by British, European and American style beers and cider all made right here at Santiam Brewing in Salem, Oregon.
