Briarwood Acres raises the exotic suri alpacas which are known for their extremely soft, durable, and lusterous fiber. We are nestled in the beautiful Willamette valley, just 6 miles from downtown Salem. Farm tours available by appointment for an up close, personal experience feeding them and learning about their care. Follow us on Facebook (briarwoodacresalpacas) for year-round special open barn events in our covered barn. Come shop in our farm store for an “alpaca boutique” experience during events or by appointment. We have everything alpaca from gloves, hats, scarves, teddy bears, etc. Yarn from our own herd is coming soon.
