Truffle Farming A-Z Two Day Course
February 20 to February 21
Day 1 will be taught in the Founder’s Room at Willamette Valley Vineyards in Turner, and includes a continental breakfast, a catered truffle luncheon, and a reception with WVV wines and truffle bites following the lecture series. Day 2 will be spent in the field at a truffle orchard, and includes a catered truffle luncheon and an afternoon wrap-up Q & A.
