Join us for a spooktacular evening of trick or treating at local businesses in downtown Monmouth.
Immerse yourself in the Halloween spirit and bring your family and friends as we celebrate the evening filled with treats, fun costumes, and unforgettable memories. Don’t miss out on this bewitching experience!

*Trick-or-Treat Downtown. Look for balloons and signs to visit all the participating businesses, even those on side streets. Downtown Independence businesses will also be handing out treats from 3:00 - 5:00.

*Get a photo with Wolfie, Western Oregon University's mascot

*Visit the Senior Center just off Main Street which is hosting a Día De Los Muertos ofrenda, Mexican hot chocolate, candy, and snacks
