We are so much more than Pancakes! Since 1958 we have served omelettes, crepes, waffles, bacon & eggs, coffee and of course pancakes to our Salem community. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare your meal as you wait. For a change of pace try one of our specialties: Dutch Baby, Apple Pancake, Eggs Benedict Chicken Fried Steak, Biscuits and gravy, The Joe or Pumpkin pancakes. Fresh strawberries and peaches in season are wonderful as crepes, waffles, pancakes or by themselves and are served with fresh whipped cream.
